Yesterday I was introduced to Bloom a Naturopathic Boutique in Encinitas.  My good friend Lauren Huber held a clinic after her yoga barre workout at Xtend Barre Encinitas.   I learned about modern scientific medicine and natural healing methods.  Plus the doctor came with Skinny Shots for everyone, not the alcoholic kind, but an actual injection of vitamins and supplements such as B12, for energy.
