Mat Pilates is one of the best workouts anyone can do to strengthen the core, increase flexibility and muscle tone.  I look forward to taking Mat because I know I am going to work my body hard and burn lots of energy.  If you give it everything you've got and really focus you can have a great workout.  Concentration, efficiency and precision enable you to really target each muscle group.  After a Mat class I feel amazing!

It's Official!

It's official, I am happy to say the I am now a BASI certified Pilates Instructor. I am very proud of my accomplishment, after giving over six months of strong dedication and hard work, not only physically challenging but mentally as well, I feel like I'm on top on the world (and in the best shape of my life). So very happy.  Cheers to me!

This morning both my Xtend Barre classes were filled to capacity.  Everyone gave 100% and had an amazing workout.  Thanks so much for the support guys.  See you at the barre all summer!
