In the morning I don't have time to cook, sit and eat breakfast. I can make a smoothie in just a few minutes and take it to go. I love Acai, the taste of chocolate + berries has me addicted. People ask me all the time what is in my smoothie. Here is the recipe that I've developed over the years. Enjoy!
First I freeze all of my own fruit and berries, buy in bulk.
Almond Milk = 1c Water / 1c Raw Almonds (blended/strained)
1 Frozen Banana (broken into pieces before freezing)
5 Frozen Strawberries
1/2 c Frozen Blueberries
1 pack Frozen Acai
1 t Cinnamon
1 t Honey
1 t Flaxseed Oil
1 T Coconut Oil
