The Pretzel move is a must!

If you've taken barre classes you know this move. It's called Pretzel!  
I love it because it not only works the Gluteals but also the Inner Obliques.  I try to implement it at least once a week for my clients.  It can be done under the barre as pictured above or side under the barre, sitting center, or standing at the barre.
