BASI Pilates education programs provide a thorough training in Pilates covering the Mat repertoire and the full complement of Pilates apparatus including the trailblazing AVALON® System*. It is a an intensive college-level program that provides a solid foundation for teaching as well as a complete understanding of all facets of Pilates. The course also includes instruction on the BASI “Block System™” and on the science of human structure and movement.
