I just found an article by Sylvia Harrell of Sattva, who describes a massage as more than just "fluff and pampering", it clearly helps nervous system relaxation and stress reduction, and when we utilize and challenge our bodies we also need to rest them. I truly believe this and try to see my masseuse every two weeks. Here are a few benefits of massage therapy:
