I Love Almond Milk

I have been making my own Almond Milk for years.  After discovering that store bought Almond Milk contains oil and other additives, I decided to do it myself.  I soak raw organic almonds over night, put 1 cup of almonds in the blender with 2 cups water, squeeze through a cheese cloth and you have a nice glass of Almond Milk!  If you don't like the taste, I always add Cinnamon, but you can add Dates, Honey, Agave, Vanilla or anything you like.  I make smoothies with it, or have a bowl of cereal, and it makes great Latte's.
